  • What I teach my mind in every scene of the day? I teach what to think and what not to think.
  • People /situations may not be right- my mind speaks with dignity and respect.
  • My mind->independent of people’s appreciation and approval.
  • -> knows what it can get and what it can’t.
  • -> is present in the present and not in the past.
  • ->I discipline my mind with my values.
  • I push my mind to the next scene(with motivation and no guilt) when it makes a mistake.
