Hello Good morning!
Waste thoughts occupy a major part of our day. Today let’s be aware of them.
We start the day with a smile, gratitude and lots of best wishes for ourselves and others. We take care of our mind and body in this time. As the day moves we get engulfed into many thoughts which are simply unnecessary. Yes ? Yes.
I won’t say you that stop thinking them but just ask yourselves are you doing for the good? Will it benefit me or someone? Just get the answer and move accordingly.
Pause in between the clouds of thoughts to be aware of your being. The self who is born not to disturb it’s happiness. If you are happy then the thoughts are okay. Otherwise just deviate and reflect on yourself.
Once you become mindful over your mind you will find the essence of your being. The real YOU.
