Friend, Food, Exercise, Sleep is what the world says is the most prioritised thing for our maintenance. I’m sure you too agree. We have almost taken care of food and exercise and try to make it a part of our day. (As we fear of gaining weight 😀.)
Sleep is what we need to think of. Every individual has his own sleep pattern. Fix up a sleep routine for yourself. Be determined to stick to hit the bed on time and leave the bed on time.
