Mindful eating

Hi ! Good good morning!

Do we eat only to full our tummy? Ask yourself.

Let us try mindful eating atleast one meal today.

When you sit for a meal just look at the plate and thank God for it. Sans mobile, t.v or draining conversations by people start eating. With each bite remember Him and chew it with any positive or good thoughts in life.

When we do this act the other party is always ready to disturb us. But please tell the negative thoughts, emotions to hold on for 10-12 minutes.

Eat with no disturbance. You are giving yourself the energy for life to move on physically and emotionally. Take care!
